How It's Made

Six versions before we got it right.

Cardstock. Cardboard. Leather. Wood with red elastic. A sewn fabric version. Then aluminum.

The waterjet cut the first ten frames. Edges weren't consistent enough. Moved to laser cutting. That's the version that worked. The design never changed, just the process of getting it right.
